We just want to thank Dustin for a great experience with the purchase of

Dear Truckmasters Management,
About a month ago we stopped in at your Bell Road location to look at trucks. We were actually on our way back home to Prescott after being lied to at another dealership. While we were at Truckmasters we met Mike and Larry. They were totally upfront and honest with us. We told them that we were rediculosily upside down on a Tahoe that we didnt want, and we let them know that we wanted a truck. Mike ran our credit and said that it wasn't bad, but because of our negative equity on the Tahoe it would be difficult to get us to the payment we wanted. Mike asked us to give him a little bit of time and he would see what he could do.
I told Mike that I really wanted a 2 or 4 door white Chevy 4x4. I don't know how, but Truckmasters was able to find a 2003 white 4-door Chevy 4x4 for me at a local auto auction. Much to my suprise it was a 2500! Mike called and asked me to come down to the Indian School location to see the vehicle. He showed me the truck, and it was exactly what I had described to him. Mike then worked out a payment that was ok with us, and told us to leave the truck with him so he could have some things fixed. Truckmasters put almost new tires on it, fixed a missing inner fender wall, replaced a missing cover on the tail gate, and changed all of the fluids in the engine and transmission. When Mike called us he let us know that the truck was ready and that he got us a lower payment! We came in and Mike introduced us to Ron your Service Manager. Ron gave us his card and told me that the speedometer had froze and to call him to make arrangements for him to look at it. I brought the truck back to Ron and told him that the check engine light was on and that it shakes when breaking.
Ron took my truck and put new breaks on it, a new speedometer, and replaced both knock sensors. This work was done within two days!
After we bought our truck from Truckmasters, we were treated just as good as if we were potential buyers. We give a very greatful and extended THANK YOU to all of you at Truckmasters. From now on we will always buy from Truckmasters. You have a great staff and should be very proud. Thank you again Mike and Ron, you've been great!

I wanted to reach out to you as a consumer who had been
through the "ringer" in the last couple of years. With a less than
