The Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD got an overhaul for 2020. With tow ratings of up to 35,000 pounds, it's more than a match for the competition. The Silverado 2500 HD upgraded to a new maximum 43,500-pounds gross combined vehicle weight limit. Its fully-boxed ladder frame is mostly made up of tensile strength steel

Paired with a new Allison 10-speed automatic transmission, it can tow an additional 2000 pounds.
